Main structure:
This machine is mainly composed of power transmission, twine
forming, woven mesh, coolant supply, shear, mesh positioning, net
device, serging device, electrical control multiple system and
devices.
2, working principle:
By the motor drive, consists of a triangular belt to lose power to
the electromagnetic clutch brake, an electromagnetic clutch brake
driven mold rotating guide, in the forming of spiral surface
forcing, wire forming mesh (rotating cooling system lubrication of
mould), also through the mesh pipe forming woven into mesh and
netting system the forming mesh to pull delivery to serging device
of automatic sewing, a completion of the process of the machine
automatic cycle.
